By Spring 2011, > 73% of students in grades 3-5 will meet state standards in ELA as measured by ISTEP+.
      • By Spring 2011, 79.5% of students will obtain proficiency in ELA as measured by TRC in grades K-2 and Acuity in grades 3-5.
      • By Spring 2012, 86.4% of student will obtain proficiency in ELA as measured by TRC in grades K-1 and Acuity in grades 3-5.
      • By Spring 2013, 93.3% of student will obtain proficiency in ELA as measured by TRC in grades K -2 and Acuity in grades 3-5.
      • 62% of the students in the Free and Reduce subgroup will meet State Standards in ELA in grades 3-5.
      • 43% of the students in the Special Ed. subgroup will meet state standards in ELA in grades 3-5.
